Our team holds relevant qualifications in the case management and AOD fields, enabling us to assess and provide an action plan for individuals experiencing challenges related to addiction.
What Home Recovery Pty Ltd Is (and Isn’t)
• Is: A non-clinical, private assessment and recommendation service for individuals with addiction issues.
• Is Not: A registered medical, psychological, or counselling service provider.
Following completion of our assessment, we provide you with a personalised recovery action plan. This plan outlines recommendations for external support services, including community centres, therapeutic professionals, and community-based recovery resources and groups. These services are not operated or controlled by Home Recovery Pty Ltd.
- 2. Responsibility and Follow-Through
While we strive to provide guidance based on professional knowledge and experience, it is entirely the responsibility of the client to initiate contact and engage with the recommended external services. Home Recovery Pty Ltd cannot guarantee results or outcomes, as successful recovery depends on the individual’s willingness to engage with and commit to the suggested recovery pathways.
- 3. No Refund Policy
Once a personalised recovery plan has been delivered, no refunds will be provided. This is because our service has been fulfilled in the form of a professional assessment and tailored referral plan. We cannot be held liable if you choose not to act on the recommendations made, or if your engagement with any external provider does not meet your expectations.
- 4. Limitation of Liability
Home Recovery Pty Ltd has taken reasonable care to ensure that all information provided through our services and materials is accurate, reliable, and up to date. However, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness or suitability of any content or referrals.
We assume no liability for the actions, performance, or availability of any third-party service providers we may refer to. Links or recommendations provided are offered for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. You are encouraged to perform your own due diligence before entering into any agreement with external service providers.

Our assessment and planning services are not intended as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice or treatment. If you or someone you know is in crisis or requires urgent care, please contact emergency services or a licensed medical professional immediately.

- 7.Governing Law and Regulatory Compliance
Home Recovery Pty Ltd operates in accordance with the laws and regulations of New South Wales, Australia. Our services and associated disclaimers comply with relevant legislation, including but not limited to the:

• Guidelines and standards set by the NSW Mental Health Commission

Home Recovery Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for outcomes resulting from delays in seeking emergency assistance or for any crisis events occurring outside the scope of our service.
